Wayfinding Signs

It is now a legal requirement to have Wayfinding signage installed in all residential buildings in England over 11m high.
Wayfinding Signs Legal Requirements
The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 made it a legal requirement from 23 January 2023 for all high-rise residential buildings in England to install fire service wayfinding signs in their buildings. This includes clear markings identifying floors and individual flat numbers.
Fire service wayfinding signs should be located on every landing of a protected stairway and every protected corridor, lobby, or open access balcony into which a firefighting lift opens.
Wayfinding Safety Signs Printed to Order
Wayfinding signage can be printed on a range of materials including self-adhesive vinyl, Foamex, Correx or dibond. We can also print your signage on more premium finishes including brushed aluminium, plastic and clear plastic with standouts.
