WPG were pleased to supply the glass awards in Shrewsbury for the end of season awards this year.
The Supporters’ Player of the Year Awards were hosted by Ryan Jervis in the Sovereign Suite at Montgomery Meadow in April this year.
Glass Awards in Shrewsbury Town FC
The personalised glass awards were presented to the players, all voted for by the supporters.
The many winners of the evening included Luke Leahy who won the Supporters’ Player of the Season award, the Chris Smith Super Blues award, the Family Stand Player of the Season award and the Away Travel Club Player of the Season.
Dan Udoh also picked up multiple awards on the night. His most prestigious was the Players’ Player of the Season. He also picked up the OSC Player of the Season award and the Top Goalscorer award.
The night also saw Tom Bloxham pick up two awards: Young Player of the Season and Goal of the Season.
Shaun Whalley won the Supporters’ Parliament Special Recognition award last night for his seven years of fantastic service to Shrewsbury Town Football Club.
Harry Burgoyne won the Shrewsbury Town in the Community Player of the Season award for his fantastic work in the communities of Shropshire.
The south stand drummer, Scott Edwards, was awarded the South Stand Flags Special Recognition.
The evening was a great chance for loyal supporters to meet the players and show their appreciation both ways.
