Our History - Est. 1960

WPG began as Welshpool Printing Company, a magazine and stationery printing company based at Canal Yard on Severn Street in Welshpool.
In 1992, the company was bought by internal management, Brian Jones & Graham Pearce, when Alun and Tegwyn retired.
The company continued to grow and flourish acquiring other local printing companies to become Welshpool Printing Group or WPG as it has become known.
Due to the continuing growth in size, it was decided that a move into a new headquarters was necessary.
WPG moved to Severn Farm Enterprise Park in Welshpool in 1998, where it is still based today, albeit in a much larger size.
The company is now a family-run company, owned and run by Brian’s two sons, Paul and Ian Jones.
