Growing demand for large format printing has led to the purchase of a new large flatbed LED UV printer at WPG.
We recently took delivery of a new Mimaki JFX 200-2513 EX large format printing machine.
We are really excited about the new capabilities this new machine can offer. The print quality is outstanding and the possibilities seem endless!
But first, we had to figure out where the machine would go and, more importantly, how to get it in the building!
We soon discovered that having a new machine installed isn’t always straight forward!
The only way we could get this new machine into place meant the relocation of our Trophy & Awards department and taking the front windows out!
Local Businesses to the Rescue
Having so many local businesses as customers definitely has its plus points!
With the help of local window company Wintec, who arrived early morning to take out the front windows, we were all ready for the machine to be delivered.
The machine arrived right on time and was expertly hoisted over the fence by Steve Perry Transport.
Then onto the next challenge – getting it in the building!
The machine was expertly lifted in through the front with the invaluable help from our wonderful neighbours, Teme Valley Tractors, – HUGE THANKS to Martin for his generosity & skill 👏
Then it was over to the team at CMYUK to complete the installation. It didn’t take Matt & Geoff long to have the machine up and running and all ready for action.
The whole installation went brilliantly from start to finish which was completely down to the amazing teamwork from everyone involved.

With training now complete, it’s all systems go! Our team are all set to take on your orders!
This latest technology new machine produces extremely high quality results with the added advantage of being able to print directly to board sizes of up to 8ft x 4ft panel sizes.
