So what is WPG offering you that you can't get from any other printer? Well, we have been established for over 50 years and in that time we realise that to keep customers for any length of time, you have to create a partnership, a long and trusting partnership, built on 'good old fashioned', quality customer service. Good customer service is the lifeblood of our business and that is what you get in abundance at WPG. We want every one of our customers to come back. We send them away happy - happy enough to pass on positive feedback about our business to others, who may then try us for their next printed marketing or promotional launch. They in turn become repeat customers.

Our sales staff take the time to identify customer needs by asking all relevant questions at the outset, this communication is an ongoing feature of using WPG for your printing experience. We use the Optimus Management Information System to measure the progress of all jobs throughout the printing process. This enables us to keep totally up-to-date with all aspects of our business, including financial, business management, sales, customer service and production efficiencies. It also gives us historical records of all the jobs that we have produced.
